Shipping Policy

All of our products are delivered via Australia Post. We charge the following fees for shipping:

-Initial flat rate fee of $10.00 for standard shipping.

-A flat rate of $13.00 Australia wide for Express shipping. 

-International orders are depending by the size and weight of the product. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

-FREE Postage is available via eBay for lower end items that are sent (untracked).

-Alternatively, postage labels can be pre-purchased along with placing the order via eBay and we will ship out item/s using QR Code and postage label via the eBay app.

 

Delivery Times: 

All of our order delivery times may vary depending on the postage option that the customer selects. For Standard Postage orders, delivery times are estimated between 2-6 business days depending on location. For Registered Postage orders, delivery times are estimated between 2-6 business days and will include tracking.

 

For Express orders, delivery times are estimated between 1-3 business days and will also include tracking.

 

*All products are posted securely in packaging according to its overall value. Where items are fragile, protective bubble wrap and newspaper or paper will be added for extra protection. This ensures that your ordered items will arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped.
